Terms of Service

Last updated . These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and ("we", "us"). By using this site or ordering a report you agree to them.

1. What this is

Snap Price Check is a beta. It includes a prototype that shows a sample result for any photos, a search of live eBay listings, and a paid resale research report. Features may change, pause or stop at any time, and we do not promise the site will always be available.

2. The $10 research report

The price is $10 per item, charged in US dollars at checkout. One order covers one item and up to 5 photos.
A person reviews your photos and details, checks sold and active listings, and sends a written report with a price range, a suggested list price and the best place to sell.
We aim to deliver within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed. The report appears on your private report page, and we email you if email is set up.
The report is an informed opinion. It is not an appraisal, a valuation for insurance, tax or legal purposes, or a guarantee of what an item will sell for. Results depend on the photos and details you give us and on market conditions that change.

3. Late reports and refunds

If we do not deliver your report within 24 hours of payment, your request is treated as not completed and you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid. You do not need to ask. We cancel the request and refund your original payment method, and we will email you when we do. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Once a request has been cancelled for lateness, we do not deliver a report for it.

If a report is delivered within the 24 hours, the payment is final, unless a law that applies to you says otherwise. If you have a problem with a report, write to us at and we will look at it fairly.

4. Live listings

The live listings search shows items currently for sale on eBay, provided through eBay's public data. They are asking prices, which are usually higher than what items sell for. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay. The data may be incomplete or out of date.

5. What you send us

You confirm that you own the photos or have the right to send them, and that they do not contain anything unlawful.
You give us permission to use your photos, details and links only to prepare your report, to run and secure the service, and to answer questions about your request.
Do not send items you are not allowed to sell, stolen or counterfeit goods, or anything that breaks the law.
Do not misuse the site: no automated requests, scraping, attempts to break in, or overloading it.

6. Disclaimers and limits

The site and reports are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that estimates are accurate or complete. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost profits, and our total liability to you for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the request in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

7. Other services we rely on

Payments are handled by Stripe, hosting and storage by Amazon Web Services, email by Amazon SES, and listings by eBay. Their own terms apply to their services.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and an order is covered by the terms in force when you placed it. These terms are governed by the laws of .
